The bootcamp was held last October 1-3, 2010 at Tagaytay Country Hotel.

I thank God so much for this enlightening, awakening, and very rare experience.
This really helped me become a better person: spiritually, intellectually,
physically, emotionally, and financially speaking.

I am sharing to you right now a video that reminded me of the power of a hug.


We had a similar activity of hugging at least 10 people each day during a very empowering 3-day bootcamp that I attended last year at Tagaytay.

Free hugs is a true controversial story of Juan Mann, a man whose sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger to brighten up their lives. Very inspiring!





Sa tuwing may pagkakataon, yakapin natin ng mahigpit at matagal (kahit 10 segundo ok na)ang ating mga kapamilya't kapuso, mga mahal sa buhay at mga kaibigan, at kahit mga taong hindi natin kakilala na minimithing maramdaman ang wagas natin pagmamahal.


This is a classic demonstration of the higher percentage of physiology in the communication process.

Affirmation Exercise:

Say "Yes! I'm feeling good right now!" aloud for 20 times with feelings and then you'll truly feel good.

Enthusiasm - from the Greek word enthousiasmos meaning 

divine inspiration or "God within".

Draw that enthusiasm from within you and expect to do great things in your life.
